Disclaimer

In the Bootcamp, participants experience many of the central concerns of modern adult life in a personal and individual way. We believe that those who benefit most from the Bootcamp are healthy people and are not currently undergoing any clinical therapy with a specialist.

Unlike some classroom settings where the learning is conceptual, and which involve sitting and listening most of the time, The Bootcamp will be interactive and experiential, calling for participants’ active participation.
In this process, emotions are likely to come into play as participants’ engage in the process of self-examination.
We encourage direct and honest communication from all participants’.

During the Bootcamp, many people remember and confront issues they do not feel comfortable dealing with in their daily lives. While this is valuable for most, it may not be appropriate for some individuals.

We have no wish to interfere with the therapeutic relationship between you and your clinical professional specialists, if any. Class Living's Programs/Bootcamp are not therapy, and are not conducted by trained clinical mental health professionals.

The Bootcamp is not a place to deal with problems that should be addressed in clinical therapy.
If you are seeing a clinical specialist and would like to join the Bootcamp, you are required to let your doctor/therapists acknowledge the Therapist's/ Physician's Release Form.

All participants are required to complete and sign the following Forms BEFORE they are eligible to attend the Bootcamp.

All participants are required to read all the Bootcamp Enrolment materials thoroughly, even those sections which you believe may not apply to you. Be sure to read the descriptions of the structure and processes of the Bootcamp.

If, after reading all the materials, you have any further questions about the Bootcamp or the information presented in the materials, please contact our Program Administrator.

Once you have read the materials, please decide for yourself whether the Bootcamp is appropriate for you.
We believe that the people who benefit most from our programmes are physically and emotionally healthy adults who are seeking to maximise their full potential.

We have no way of determining in advance whether the Bootcamp is appropriate for you, or exactly what effect the different parts of the Bootcamp will have on you.

Please make an informed and conscious choice, based on your own goals and aspirations.

Definition of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership, solution focus, result oriented and systematic process in which the Coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, self directed learning and personal development of the Coachee.

Throughout the working relationship, the Coach will engage indirect, personal and often challenging conversation.
The Coach understands that successful coaching requires an active collaboration between Coachee and Coach.

Coaching is not a therapy, and thus does not aim to treat psychological problems. The Coach shall apply other alternative tools and techniques at the Coach’s discretion. The Coachee agrees to disclose details of the past and present psychological or psychiatric treatment. If such an issue becomes apparent during the coaching relationship, the Coach may recommend referral to the appropriate and qualified specialist.

The Coach plays the role of the facilitator of change while it is the coaches’s responsibility to enact change.
